General Wellness Membership Packages:

Please choose one of the following Packages: 

Prince/Princess Package: $69.00 Monthly - Includes: 1 Virtual Visit per month with med refills, basic labs, and provider access via patient portal 

King/Queen Package $109.00 - Includes: 2 Virtural visits per month with med refills, basic labs, and provider access via patient portal

YourHighness/Your Majesty: $149.00 - includes: 3 Virtural visits per month with med refills, basic labs, and provider access via patient portal

The following are also included in all of the above. 
*Basic Labs include CBC, CMP, and Lipid Panel
*If other labs are needed such as UA, STI Screening, etc.… Cost will be discussed with the patient (You can use your insurance for other labs outside of the basics to cut down on cost or cash price will be provided)
*If follow-ups are needed outside of the paid membership, a $50 charge will be applied.
